When you see a landscape created by me, you should feel the wind in your hair, the texture of the wood, the light of the sun on your face. A portrait reveals the true essence of a person and their personality. By seeing a portrait that I have worked to create with the subject, you have met the person because the true essence of who they are, or dream to be, is captured.
Over the last few years, I have been exploring fine art nude photography. This journey has brought out a more creative side to my skills that I’ve had to pleasure to apply to all genres that I work in – whether that be portraits, or events, such as weddings. I’ve had the good fortune to work with many talented models and photographers from the world over. I’ve traveled extensively throughout the US as well as internationally to capture artistic images of women in unique places. I admit to being a romantic and adventurer at heart. Every image that I create is a quest to explore and harvest new landscapes of the earth or of the mind and the human form in order to communicate through light and form the uniqueness of that landscape. My goal is to share my love and respect for women, and the joy and beauty they bring to the world through their grace and strength. In viewing my images, I hope the viewer enjoys sharing the adventure and beauty of the natural places that I’ve captured (and that are sometimes challenging to get to!!) while celebrating the glory of the human form.
